Our art space in the heart of Amsterdam is available for rent! Whether you’re hosting a workshop, exhibition, lecture, or content shoot, we offer cozy and inspiring spaces to bring your ideas to life.
Ground Floor – Studio & Gallery

- Rail system for hanging artwork, with adjustable lighting
- Artistic props for photo/video shoots: easels, plaster busts, antique copper teapots.
- Possible to use a projector onto a white wall
- For an additional fee there are available: a projector and lighting on tripods with softboxes

First Floor – Creative Space
🎨 Space of 35 m² is ideal for meetings, small workshops, social gatherings, or intimate events

Second Floor – Loft Space
🏡 A charming 39 m² loft with an exposed brick wall, perfect for photo/video shoots, creative meetings, small gatherings, book clubs, or community events.
- One small isolated room (9 m²)
- One open space (30 m²)
- Three tables (160×80 cm) that can be combined into one large table or arranged separately
- Chairs available for 10 people
- Adjustable lighting above the table area (brightness + warmth control), ideal for work and creative sessions
- Cabinet-shelf for storage
- Full-height mirror
- Comfortable vintage armchair and bean bag chairs
- Kettle, cups, and water container available
- Toilet and kitchen on the ground floor
- Wardrobe and storage space in the basement
💰 €50/hour | €350/day (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, extended hours negotiable)
Rental Rules
- Maximum capacity – 50 people.
- Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Additional time is charged separately.
- The space must be returned to its original state. Furniture should be placed back, and trash should be bagged and left in the basement.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Cancellations with a refund of the deposit must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations less than a week before the event are non-refundable.
- The renter is responsible for any damage. Any broken or damaged equipment, furniture, or walls must be compensated.
- Loud events are not allowed. The space is not suitable for loud music or parties.
- Smoking is prohibited, including e-cigarettes.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
- Exceeding the agreed rental time will incur additional hourly charges.
