Designed especially for beginners, this 5-week course focuses on practical skills: selecting strong subjects, simplifying busy scenes, building confident compositions, and working with tone and color on the spot.

You’ll learn how to find a story in every corner, work quickly and intuitively, and enjoy the magic of sketching outdoors in the company of fellow creatives.

Painting outdoors can feel challenging at first, but with gentle guidance and a supportive group, you’ll soon find yourself relaxed, inspired, and excited to sketch anywhere the moment calls you.

And if Amsterdam’s weather surprises us, we’ll simply continue our journey in the cozy comfort of our studio.
