Ground Floor – Studio & Gallery

🏡 A charming space of 39 m² with an exposed brick wall, perfect for photo & video shoots or yoga classes.

Rental Rules
Maximum capacity – 50 people.
Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Additional time is charged separately.
The space must be returned to its original state. Furniture should be placed back, and trash should be bagged and left in the basement.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations with a refund of the deposit must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations less than a week before the event are non-refundable.
The renter is responsible for any damage. Any broken or damaged equipment, furniture, or walls must be compensated.
Loud events are not allowed. The space is not suitable for loud music or parties.
Smoking is prohibited, including e-cigarettes.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
Exceeding the agreed rental time will incur additional hourly charges.
